Where do I pickup at in the MCO airport?

We will arrange to meet you at the airport or you can pickup at Hold My Luggage. 

Do you deliver to Disney?

Yes, we deliver to Disney resorts! However, we have to arrange a meet and pickup time because Disney only allows ScooterBug access to the luggage room.   

Do you steam clean and sanitize your returned rentals?

Absolutely! It is a top priority of ours to make sure every stroller is thoroughly cleaned for every customer. We use a non-toxic all natural cleaner on our strollers. 

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed. A confirmation email is sent upon order placement.

 
Should I get insurance on the stroller?

Yes, the insurance covers you from incurring any costs due to theft or damage to the stroller only but not your personal items.

While theme parks are generally safe and secure, theft does occur however it is infrequent. Damage can occur if children are over the recommended weight capacity for each stroller.

What is the cancellation plan?

We understand plans can alter quickly with little to no notice. You can add a peace of mind by purchasing the cancelation protection plan.

The plan allows you to cancel on the day of the rental and receive a full refund of the rental. We do not return the fee for the cancellation protection plan.
