Yes, it is a top priority of ours to make sure every stroller is thoroughly cleaned for every customer. We use a non-toxic all natural cleaner on our strollers. 

Are your strollers allowed at Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and Legoland?

Yes, all of our strollers are Best Stroller Verified and fully compliant with the size and safety guidelines at Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and Legoland.

Where do I pickup at in the MCO airport?

Yes, Orlando's Best Stroller Rentals offer convenient pick-up and drop-off for your stroller rental right at Orlando International Airport (MCO). 

You can easily collect or return your stroller at either Hold My Luggage or Wrap It Up, located inside the airport.

Do you deliver to Disney?

Yes, we deliver strollers to Disney resorts! However, we have to arrange a meet and pickup time because Disney only allows ScooterBug access to the luggage room.   

Do you deliver to Davenport, Haines City, and Legoland for free?

Yes, Best Stroller Rentals offer free delivery to Davenport, Haines City, and Legoland Florida.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card is charged at the time your order is placed. A confirmation email is sent upon order placement. Please check your spam folder for your confirmation email.

 
Should I get insurance on the stroller?

Yes, the insurance covers you from incurring any costs due to theft or damage to the stroller only but not your personal items.

While theme parks are generally safe and secure, theft does occur however it is infrequent. Damage can occur if children are over the recommended weight capacity for each stroller.

What is the cancellation plan?

We understand plans can alter quickly with little to no notice. You can add a peace of mind by purchasing the cancelation protection plan.

The plan allows you to cancel on the day of the rental and receive a full refund of the rental. We do not return the fee for the cancellation protection plan.

I didn't receive my stroller rental confirmation. What should I do?

First, please check your junk or spam folder. 

Yes, sometimes stroller rental confirmation emails end up there by mistake. If you still can't find it, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to resent it!

Do you work with customers if the delivery time needs to be changed?

Yes! We’re happy to accommodate changes to your delivery time whenever possible. If your travel plans shift or you need a different drop-off or pickup time, simply contact our customer support team. We offer flexible scheduling and assistance to make your stroller rental as smooth and stress-free as possible.

How do I change the default delivery or pickup time on the calendar?

Click on the calendar icon after clicking the reserve button, you'll see a time listed next to both the delivery and pickup times. To change it, simply click on the time and select your preferred option from the dropdown menu.
